“Hazan & Lev Entrepreneurship and Construction” was founded in 2016 with the aim of creating a new standard in the construction industry through high-quality and complex projects. The company grew in the heart of the Jezreel Valley under the management of Oded Hazan and Yuval Lev, moshav-born veterans of combat units whose values of love for the country, friendship, integrity, and reliability are the guiding principles in their decision-making, project selection, and choice of people who compose and lead the company forward.

We specialize in diverse construction methods and finishing works, primarily in the restaurant and high-tech sectors, alongside commercial, industrial, and private sector projects. We lead projects from inception to delivery, providing solutions that combine engineering and architecture, quality, and impeccable service. Our project managers are trained civil engineers/practical engineers, field professionals who provide personal and high-quality service, reliability, rapid execution, and adherence to project and client goals.

Oded Hazan
Owner

Married to Karin and father to Ati, Leo, and Alma. Grew up in Moshav Zippori in the Jezreel Valley. An entrepreneur who previously worked with leading companies in the energy sector. The construction industry has always been part of his world, and about a decade ago, he decided to turn what he loves most into a thriving and successful business based on the values on which moshav children in the valley grow up: love for the country, desire to create and innovate, develop, and above all, integrity and reliability.

Yuval Lev
Owner

Married to Nofar and father to Yanai and Adam. Grew up in the settlement of Timrat in the Jezreel Valley. Holds a civil engineering degree from “Ben-Gurion University of the Negev”. Yuval has extensive experience in the construction industry with leading companies in the market such as “Electra Construction” and “Pakatz Engineering”. Believes that proper leadership is the result of communication and transparency, leading to the creation of a correct and practical process that prioritizes the goal alongside supervision, control, and adherence to quality standards.
